Everything you need to know about earning and withdrawing cashback.
What is cashback?
Cashback is a portion of your purchase value returned to you after you shop at a partner merchant through SaveCashback. It is funded from the commission the merchant pays us via affiliate networks.
How does affiliate cashback work?
When you click Shop Now, we send you to the merchant through a tracked affiliate link. If the merchant confirms your purchase, the affiliate network pays us a commission, and we share an eligible portion with you as cashback.
Why is my cashback pending?
Merchants wait until their return and cancellation window closes before confirming orders. Cashback stays pending until the merchant validates the purchase.
Why might cashback be rejected?
Common reasons include returned or cancelled orders, excluded products, use of non-approved coupons, ad blockers or cookie settings blocking tracking, or the merchant not attributing the order.
How long does cashback take?
Tracking usually appears within 72 hours. Confirmation typically takes 30 to 90 days depending on the merchant's validation period.
How do withdrawals work?
Once confirmed cashback reaches the minimum withdrawal amount, you can request a payout from your account. Each request is reviewed before payment.
Can cashback be combined with coupons?
Only coupons listed on SaveCashback are guaranteed not to affect tracking. Coupons from other sources may make an order ineligible.
What happens if an order is returned?
Cashback for returned, cancelled or partially refunded items is reduced or reversed in line with the merchant's final report.
How can I report missing cashback?
If your purchase has not tracked within 72 hours, contact support with your order ID, date and amount. We will raise a claim with the affiliate network where possible.
